Booking
Text or call (925)771-0702 to reserve your self-care time. All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card. $50 booking deposit goes towards cost of service. Remainder of cost of service will be due at the end of the appointment.
Please remember Skintegrity Skin Spa is “by appointment only” and the time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. This business is ran by one solo Esthetician that performs services along with answering messages and calls throughout the day. Text messages are the fastest form of contact. If you are new or have a new phone number and you don’t leave a voice or text message then I apologize but those unknown numbers will not get a response. This is to help save valuable time and to ensure efficiency all around.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and myself, the following policies are to be honored:
24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Please call or text (925)771-0702 as soon as possible. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Those who repeatedly reschedule or cancel last minute may be asked to pay in advance, or in some cases may not be allowed to schedule at all.
No shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged their entire missed appointment.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late (1-30 minutes past scheduled appointment time), your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Certain aspects of the facial may be left out depending on the time left in service. If you arrive 30+ minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and charged according to the Rescheduling Policy. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your Esthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Illness
For the safety of all parties, if you arrive to appointment with any signs of contagious illness you will be rescheduled to a future date when symptoms resolve. Booking deposit will not be refunded.
Payment
Square is used for payment processing. All major credit cards/debit cards can be charged in person, through invoice or card on file and are accepted forms of payment, along with cash. When paying with cash, a valid card is still required to hold your appointment reservation, if you can’t provide a card then pre-payment of your service will be required.
All sales are final. Products, services, gratuity, gift cards/certificates are non-refundable. Hours, prices, and services are subject to change without notice.
Gift cards/certificates are not transferrable or redeemable for cash or credit. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be canceled or replaced without card number and proof of purchase.
Additional Guests
No additional guests without prior approval. No children allowed under the age of 10.
Misconduct
Inappropriate conduct will result in termination of service immediately. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
